Accidents and Incidents

Reporting an incident

If anyone participating in your activity has an accident, suffers an injury or requires any first aid treatment, please report it to us using this online tool.

When completing this form, please use either 'Non-work related injury' or 'Non-work related ill-health' in the category box. Within incident type, please choose 'SU Activity'.

If you have any questions or issues completing the form email activities@thesu.org.uk for help to complete it.

In case of emergency

 

 

In the event of an accident/incident during an SU affiliated activity, please inform us at the earliest opportunity when it is safe to do so. If it is an urgent campus matter, please contact the Glasney Porters Lodge which is attended 24/7 on 01326 253503.

If the matter is non-urgent, contact Activities at activities@thesu.org.uk.

In the event of an emergency, always call 999, or text 80999 if hard of hearing or speech impaired.
