The Students' Union has worked with AMATA to secure access for all students to use individual music practice space in the AMATA building. Students can book an individual practice room for free for up to 1 hour for individual use.

When can I use the space?

Students can book a practice room from 9am - 9.30pm Monday to Friday, or 9am - 4.30pm on Saturdays. Students can book one hour at a time.

What will I need to attend?

You'll need to book the space in advance.

You will need to take your student card to your booking. Go straight to the Tech Stores within the building, where a member of staff will give you an access card to use to get into your allocated practice room. After you have finished using the room, you should wipe down any surfaces you have touched using the cleaning supplies provided and return your access card to the Tech Stores.

You should follow the campus Covid-19 guidance at the time of attending your booking, including face-coverings, testing and sanitising your hands.

How do I book?

To book a practice room, you should email the AMATA Space Team to request a music practice room booking. You should email at least 48 hours in advance to book.
