Book an appointment
Our booking system works on a ten-day cycle. So, if you can't find any available appointments, or the calendar says 'no appointments for this month', it just means we're booked up for the next 10 days. But if you check back tomorrow, you should see more appointments open up.
Before booking an appointment, we strongly encourage you to explore our guides and other useful information situated on our Advice pages here.
These guides are designed to provide comprehensive answers to common questions, potentially saving you the need for an appointment.
If you still can't find what you need, please feel free to reach out and we will be more than happy to help!
PLEASE NOTE - Due to staff illness, we are currently running at a lower capacity, please bear with us as we do our best.
Attending your appointment
Be punctual
Please be on time - we want you to get the full benefit from your meeting!
Be prepared
Please have any relevant documents ready and downloaded. For instance, if you want to discuss your accommodation, have a copy of the tenancy agreement digitally to hand. Or, if you want to discuss an application for the Hardship Fund (Falmouth) or Success For All Fund (Exeter), please complete as much of the application form as possible before coming to the online appointment.
