    Make the Sustainability Café fully plant-based

      With Veganuary on at the moment, the importance for people to discover new plant-based food options is topical. Both Exeter and Falmouth have declared climate and ecological emergencies and food is one of the easiest ways to progress in this field. Stirling Uni have already declared the shift to fully plant-based so we are asking the Sustainability Cafe to be fully plant-based to start a transition overall. As the most sustainable diet, becoming vegan would make the cafe truly sustainable
