Mental Health Awareness Week is a time to reflect on how you look after your own mental health and how we can come together as a community to support of collective mental health.

Mental Health Awareness Week runs from 12 to 18 May 2025.

This is a time for us to shine a light on ways that you can look after your mental health and the support available to you.

Being part of a safe and positive community, like a students' union, a sports club or society, or your course cohort, is a vital part of looking after your mental health so this year we've organised plenty of events and activities for you to strengthen your friendships and meet new people.

As usual, our events are cheap or free for you to get involved. All we ask is that you book a ticket to help us keep track of numbers.
