This an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader of Membership Services to form part of our Senior Management team as we revolutionise The SU. The pace of change has escalated this year, meaning that strong, transformation-focussed leadership is more important than ever.
This is a maternity cover contract, expected to be for up to 14 months to allow proper handovers with the post holder. Responsibilities and duties will include leadership of Membership Services (including Activities, Student Voice and Advice), collaboration with the Director of Central Services, budget monitoring and setting (including student group budgets) and involvement in all aspects of running The SU.
You will be employed directly by The SU. We are a membership-led charity; run by students, for students. We are the only Students' Union in the country to represent students from two different universities: Falmouth University and the University of Exeter.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of delivering business results and will understand the sector. You will need high level communication skills, the ability to manage multiple strands of work while operating with high autonomy, project management experience and to be able to creatively solve problems. You will need to be highly organised, proactive, and committed.
