About the event

We are running a Santa Sea Dip to test our nerve and see just how Cornish we really are, whilst raising money for an excellent charity!

Please come wearing a wetsuit and Christmas accessories and bring some warm clothes to change into. If you're participating, please donate what you can and share the fundraising page!

Our charity this year is Mind, the mental health charity. As med students, we see firsthand how mental health impacts all aspects of people's lives and how important it is that everyone can access the support they need, when they need it. We also recognise that, as students studying in a high-pressure environment, there may be times where we also need support. Mind offers so many helpful resources and support groups, alongside great ways to fundraise and campaign for improvements to mental health support and awareness in the UK.
