About the event

Surf lessons with Global Boardriders Surf School will be held at the beach offering the best conditions on the day, typically Gwithian, Praa Sands, or Fistral Beach. All equipment hire is included.

Beginner (Tier 1):
Ideal if you have never surfed before or are looking to progress beyond the white water. You’ll focus on paddling technique, mastering your pop-up, and confidently riding white-water waves.

Improver (Tier 2):
Suitable for surfers who can paddle out confidently in shoulder-high conditions and catch their own waves. Sessions will focus on wave selection, reading conditions, riding green waves, and introducing basic turns.

Transport (tier 3):
A limited number of bus tickets are available. If you cannot make your own way, please purchase a bus ticket alongside your lesson booking. Meet at 12:30pm at penryn campus bus stop. DO NOT PURCHASE A BUS TICKET WITHOUT PURCHASING A LESSON TICKET FIRST!!!!!

The final location will be confirmed the day before. Please arrive at the designated meeting point by 1:30 pm if you are making your own way there.
