Penryn Campus Orchestra returns bigger than ever before, at a new venue: Princess Pavilion. Kindly supported by the Exeter Alumni Fund, tonight’s program features three famous works unified by triumph and tragedy. This evening’s concert concludes with one of the most famous orchestral masterpieces: Beethoven’s 5th Symphony. Before this, two equally recognisable works with extracts from Handel’s triumphant Music for the Royal Fireworks and a suite from the musical theatre favourite, Les Misérables.
Concert starts at 7 pm, with doors at 6:30 pm. The bar at Princess Pavilion will be available for refreshments.
