About the event

Join Green Living for a tour of The Forest Garden in Budock Water, Falmouth! A wonderful opportunity to learn more about the ins and outs of sustainable forest gardening via a guided tour.

Forest Gardening is an agroforestry practise which produces food out of a forest-like system. Rather than monoculture fields of traditional agriculture, forest gardens are multi-layered systems including large trees, small trees, bushes, vines, ground cover, fungi and more... All planted for their specific edible and functional uses. Forest Gardening is a hugely sustainable way of producing food and provides excellent habitat for wildlife too!

Tickets are £10

The 35 Bus goes through Budock Water, and if you ask to stop at Penjerrick Hill, you will be right at the Forest garden too!

If you can offer a lift please let us know and we will organsie a lift share, the forest garden is within cycling and walkign distance!
