About the event

Meeting monthly in the laidback and friendly setting of the Sustainability Café, you have the chance to connect with fellow German speakers and to chat in German over a cup of coffee or a slice of cake, supported by the student project fund. All language abilities are welcome, so why not come along and give it a go!

Who is running the event?

This event is being run by Isobel, a second year Dance and Choreography student.

If you need a buddy to support you with arriving at the event, please email The SU on info@thesu.org.uk and we will work out what we can arrange to help. This might be someone meeting you before the event start time or simply talking you through more details of what to expect. We want to help you access our events so let us know what you need.

Where is the event taking place?

The event is taking place at Sustainability Cafe at Penryn Campus. This is in the centre of the campus and is best accessed by taking the steps up from the train station, walking to the Stannary, and once you have entered taking the stairs on the right, or the lift, to the first floor. The Sustainability Café is on the left.  

What should I expect?

At this event, we will be sitting at tables in the café amongst other users of the space so there will be bright lights and potentially loud noise if lots of people are using the cafe.

This event is only for students of Falmouth University and the University of Exeter Cornwall Campus.

If you need a quiet space to get away from the event, the nearest spaces would be the Library Retreat Room or the Student Union.
