About the event
Head to the SU Mural on the Penryn Campus for a free ice cream or ice lolly and learn all about what your SU does for you! Members of the SU Team will be available for a chat, and to help answers any questions.
What is the key accessibility information?
Loud noise: there may be noise from the people gathered around the mural. There will only be noise from conversations, no music
Crowds: there may be crowds of people outside the mural, if the even it busy
Small spaces: the event is between the SU space and the Stannary, which is an open, roofed space. If there are crowds, there may be reduced space
Are there steps in to, out of or around the venue? There steps from the Stannary, Exchange Courtyard, Daphne Du Maurier, and the SU. There is also a ramp and level walkway from the SU and side of the Stannary.
Is there disabled toilet access? Is it nearby? There are two disabled toilets nearby, one in the Lower Stannary, and one in the SU space
Is there a quiet space? Where is it? The nearest quiet space is in the SU space, just a 30 second walk away.
If I have a problem, what should I do? Please speak to an SU member of staff.

Where is the event taking place?
The event is taking place in front of the SU Mural, outside of the SU and opposite the Stannary, at the Penryn Campus.This is in the middle of campus, and can be accessed via the Lower Stannary, the Daphne Du Maurier building, Exchange Courtyard, walking around the Lower Stannary, or walking down from Sports Hall or Car Park E area.

What should I expect?
At this event, there will be likely be several people moving about, with the potential for a crowd.
You'll be asked to complete a quiz on the SU and what we can do for you. Free ice creams and ice lollies will be given out, if you have any dietary requirements, please make this clear to a member of staff. You'll also have the opportunity to feedback on what sustainability means to you, and how important this is in your university experience.
