We’re launching a new campaign on Monday 30 March featuring a series of daily prompts to boost your physical and mental wellbeing, as well as bring us all together at a time where we’re feeling a bit disconnected.
The campaign will run throughout the coming months with themed days as follows:
With cook-alongs, self-care tips, live workouts and more, there will be plenty to keep you occupied. We'd love you to share photos and videos of yourselves joining in, as well as your own top tips, on your social platform of choice (we'll be running this across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
