Deposit Protection Service (DPS) protect deposits for tenancies in England and Wales. This covers fraudsters trying to trick people into handing over their money or account details and ensuring tenants are treated fairly at the end of their tenancy.

The local Shelter is situated in Truro which you can contact by calling 0344 515 2300 or by popping in their office next to Truro bus station.
Spare Room is a search engine that helps unite people looking for a housemate/room.
You can place adverts on their website and search for local houses to rent.
Studentpad lets you search for student houses, student homes, flats and lodgings in Falmouth, Penryn and Cornwall.
The site is affiliated with Falmouth University and the University of Exeter Cornwall Campuses.
