Lottie has been working on creating opportunities to create a stronger sense of community, recently she hosted her first 'Tea With Your VP' session, created and hosted training to society committees on the importance of Falmouth Campus and has begun the behind the scenes work of getting updated outdoor seating on Falmouth Campus.

Expanding opportunities for Exeter students in Cornwall

TOBY HAS
Toby has been working on protecting exisiting opportunities and provision for Exeter students as it undertook academic redundancies over the summer. He put together a paper outlining why significant academic redundancies here would be damaging to our campus community, alongside a plan for eight measures to protect the student experience. He has since since secured £4,000 for a Welcome Community Fund to help all sports, clubs and societies build belonging during the Welcome Period after a tumultuous summer. He's also secured £1,000 and new links with Exeter alumni and careers teams for academic societies to help keep extra-curricular opportunities going and build academic community. He's currently working on delivering the remaining parts of the plan and on access to AI learning and employability skills. .
