We are Cornwall’s only Ultimate Frisbee team! Kernow Ultimate welcomes all participants students and members of the community of any ability. We are a group who focus on enabling the local community in the opportunity to play Ultimate Frisbee and improving the level of Ultimate in our area in the hope of increasing the understanding of the sport. We pride ourselves on the high levels of good spirit within our group as we promote Ultimate as an alternative to the other, more traditional sports clubs. While we usually compete with other teams throughout the year at various tournaments, we are a fun team that welcomes all levels of players, from those who have never picked up a frisbee, to those who have been playing for years.

We are a very welcoming group those from all walks of life with our immaculate social atmosphere. Within Kernow Ultimate there is a perfect blend of competitiveness aswell as well manoured happy social aspects- something you wont find in other sports. So come and join us and see what we are all about! (You wont regret it!!)
