The Hupo Wushi Society focuses on the balance between fitness and self-defence. This holistic exercise helps build your body with cardio and flexibility using authentic Gong Fu training straight from China. This society welcomes members of all levels of fitness and martial arts experience. Warm ups and exercises prepare you for drill training and shaolin forms. Weapon training and full contact sparring are introduced when members feel they are ready to apply their training.
