Festival of Discovery

To mark the end of an extraordinary year the University of Exeter are hosting a Festival of Discovery; a two-week programme (24 May - 4 June) of on campus events to allow a semblance of normality before the academic year is over.

Discover the SU!

To coincide with the Festival of Discovery, we will be running our own student led 'Discover The SU' programme for both Falmouth and Exeter students.

We have secured funding from the university so that 'Discover the SU' will be free for all attendees and with no extra costs to student groups.

This will be your chance to enjoy a variety of on campus events and discover what the SU has to offer. Many of our student groups will be hosting activities for you to join, alongside special events from us at the SU! Did someone say crazy golf?!

Green Living Falmouth Forest Garden Tour: 29th May; The Forest Garden, Penjerrick Hill, Budock Water, Falmouth TR11 5ED; Come along to a tour of The Forest Garden in Budock Water. An opportunity to discover many of the weird and wonderful edible trees and plants that can be grown in our climate! Tickets are FREE!!

Athletics Kennal Vale Social Run 10-12km, non-members welcome: 29th May; Glasney Lodge Reception; Join FXU Athletics on a social run through the ruins of a gun powder factory deep within one of Cornwall's most photogenic woods. All abilities welcome, meet at Glasney Lodge reception. Tickets can be booked online for free on our page.

Tang Soo Do Tang Soo Do Discovery Session: 31st May; MUGA, Penryn Campus; Learn some self defence and join the largest martial arts society on campus! Please change into your sports clothes/dobok prior to arriving at the Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) close to the bus stops on Penryn Campus.
