This is taster session: Sunday 29th, 11:30-12:30

Come and try out pole! In our 1 hour taster session you will get to socialise and be taught a variety of pole basics and get a feel for what our sessions are all about. Head over to our instagram @falmouthpolesociety for more info <3

Taster sessions are:

Friday 20th: 6:30-7:30 and 7:30-8:30
Sunday 22nd: 10:30-11:30, 11:30-12:30, and 12:30-1:30
Friday 27th: 6:30-7:30 and 7:30-8:30
Sunday 29th: 10:30-11:30, 11:30-12:30, and 12:30-1:30

Please double check which daate and time you have booked. Please turn up 10 minutes before your start time. Please be aware that all jewellery and shoes will need to be removed before starting. If you miss the warm-up we cannot allow you to join the rest of the session. Bring along a water bottle. We recommend you wear sports clothing, a lot of our current members like to wear crop tops and shorts as it allows us to move better but the moves we are teaching during the taster sessions are possible in whatever you are comfortable wearing. We advise wearing/bringing layers to change if needed.

Location: Upstairs in the studio in the sports centre on penryn campus.
