IMPORTANT

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT IF YOU HAVE ONE! You will need a mat for the term, we would recommend buying your own or you can borrow one of ours. You can do this in our PRODUCTS tab, you will need to pay a small deposit which you will get back when you return the mat at the end of term 1 :) We unfortunately cannot lend mats out weekly as we don't have storage at the hall.

Please make sure you arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts, Penryn is difficult to access at the moment with roadworks so check your route before leaving. We reccommend getting the bus from Falmouth or walking from Penryn/campus.

Our classes are both open to all abilities, it's a really friendly, relaxed class and a great chance to meet like-minded people.
