Join us on one of our circuit training sessions with upbeat music, focusing on strength and conditioning. We have a very experienced and qualified coach taking these sessions (Neil Tunstall), and it takes place in the sports hall every Monday 8pm-9pm.
These sessions are great for anyone who wants to build on their training, reduce the risk of injury when taking part in sports and increase flexibility and fitness.
