About the event

This will be a 1 night wild camping trip to Dartmoor! It is roughly 8.5 miles each day (so 17 miles total) starting from Yelverton and finishing in Ivybridge, which will be an amble over both the moors and some of Dartmoors woodland.

Tickets will go live on Thursday at 12:00 mid-day!

What will we be doing?

Camp cooking
Maybe a game of camp cluedo!

Food plan: you provide your own lunch on the first day, and we provide you with dinner, breakfast and lunch for the second day. You'll also need to bring plenty of SNACKS!

Kit list:

Weather appropriate clothing (inc, something dry to sleep in)
ALL OF YOUR WATERPROOFS! (trousers, coat, etc.)
camping stove/fuel *
cooking pot *
mug, bowl, cutlery
Water bottle (2 litres of water!)
Toiletries (toothbrush, toilet paper, etc)
Tent *
65-70L rucksack *
Sleeping bag (and something extra if you think you'll be cold!)
Sleeping mat
First aid kit
Torch
Walking poles if you need them

*we have some spare kit (tents, rucksacks, cooking equipment) so contact us if you need to borrow anything. We have limited supplies so it will be a first come first serve basis!

For those who get a free ticket (the only thing you pay for is lunch the first day and public transport!), there will be a meeting on WEDNESDAY, 12TH MARCH to discuss equipment, rotute, food, etc.
