About the event

This weeks walk will be a lovely 8 mile circular taking in the Redruth monument and some disused quarry building!

The route will be starting and finishing in Redruth so we will be taking the 10am U2 bus from the moor, which is the 10:23am from Penryn Campus bus stops.

And as you've seen, this is a suits and boots walk! This means you have the opportunity to show off your smartest most dapper outfits whilst you stroll through the Cornish countryisde! Participation isn't cumpulsory, but it would be appreciated if you janed in merely to stop us committee members looking too overdressed for the occasion! Keep an eye out on out whats app group chat in case of changes to this, because if it's forecast to be a very wet walk, we may call of the suits. We don't want your smartest clothes getting caked in mud!

But just like every other walk, please do wear you walking boots or shoes and be sure to bring your waterproofs, plenty of water, lunch and snacks to keep you going.
