Love The Oceans will be doing a talk about their marine conservation work in Mozambique and how students can get involved. From volunteering, research placements to staff positions, this is the way to start a conservation career and an amazing insight into what they do! This is a great opportunity to meet an NGO research professional and ask any questions you may have about working with this organisation or in this industry.
Love The Oceans is a non-profit marine conservation organisation in Jangamo Bay, Mozambique. They use research, education and diving to drive action towards a more sustainable future. Their mission is to establish a marine protected area in Jangamo. Love The Oceans was recently recognised as 1 of 15 global grassroots #forcesforchange by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and received international recognition for our work.
They offer cutting edge ethical marine conservation expeditions that give individuals the chance to work alongside their marine biologists and the local community helping with conservation and research.
