About the event
A walk, based around morning legs from St to Botallack, and afternoon round trip from Bosullow around Men Scryfa & other sites.
Explanation of historical features along the way, guided by Tony Phillips, teacher & tour guide. Minibus from Tremough.
MEETING POINT: bus stop at Tremough campus. The silver SU minibus will arrive/stop at the Northern end of the bus stop area, around 0900.

Depart around 0900, return to Tremough at around 1700. Stout walking stuff recommended. Mileage: on foot about 1 mile in the morning, 3-4 miles in the afternoon. Stop at midday in a pub but by all means welcome to take packed food; some CLCS members will either be inside or outside in the break so take your choice. Any request stops in Penwith, please let us know.
Morning: - St Just to Botallack coastal 'mining' walk starting from Plen-an-Gwari ( where the Ordinalia was performed a couple of years ago ), including views for discussion en route ( eg Cape Cornwall, on a clear day ) and mining heritage sites ( eg Wheal Owles mining disaster & The Crowns mine & Counthouse to name a few). 
Estimate 10.00 - 12.30
Lunch: - A stop somewhere (minibus will pick up): options of Queen's Arms at Botallack, or packed lunch (minibus hopefully available, or find picnic spot if good weather)
Estimate 12.30 - 13.30
Afternoon: - drive to Bosullow & walk taking in a key Enys Men site, Men-an-Tol holed stone, Men Scryfa, NIne Maidens stone circle ..... & a possible holy well, Ding Dong Mine ( Greenburrows! ) + other antiquities depending on time.
