Núria has very kindly offered to run a workout session every Wednesday at 4pm to encourage us all to get moving during this second lockdown! These sessions will be around 30 minutes of activity, so you can add them onto your workouts or just do them by themselves, either way they will be a great motivation to get moving at home! They will focus on AMRAP (as many reps as possible) so that you are able to work at the tempo that feels best for your body Make sure you've got a drink of water at the ready, take breaks whenever you need to, and don't feel obliged to have your camera on!

Please do remember though it's not about the amount or speed you exercise, it's simply about getting your body moving for your mental and physical wellbeing.
