About the event

This year we will once again be joining in the Diwali celebrations organised by the University of Exeter Asian, Indian, and Hindu societiesat Streatham Campus. We have organised a shuttle bus for students at our Penryn and Truro campuses to Exeter Streatham Campus.

Tickets go live at 7pm on Sunday 16th October and are available on a first come first serve basis.

The full programme is as follows:

11am: Pick up at Penryn Campus

11.15am: Pick up at Truro (Coach park opposite Iceland and behind M&S

1.45pm: Arrive at Exeter

2pm: Event begins

2.30pm: Pooja (Prayer Ceremony) at Forum Building. Followed by food and activity stalls (Henna, Diya decorating etc)

5.30pm: Performances

6.45pm: Fireworks display outside XFI building

7pm: Event finishes

8pm: Shuttle bus pick up

Drop off at Truro (same spot as pick up) and Penryn Campus
