Everyone will experience loneliness at some point in their lives. The Mental Health Foundation’s report into Loneliness (2020) has shown that loneliness is one of the leading public health challenges of our time and it’s been exacerbated by the pandemic. Loneliness can be damaging to our health and lead to a wide range of mental health issues.
