About the event

Come and try out a mixed martial art incorporating:

Bushido Jiu-Jitsu,
Catch as Catch Can Wrestling,
Shorinji Kenpo,
Stick and weapon training,
Muay Thai,
Wing Chun,
Tai Chi Chuan,
Aiki-Jitsu,
and Close Quarters

One-off free admission (usually £5) if you say 'Refreshers'.

All abilities welcome! Wear trackie bottoms or shorts and t-shirts.
