What is the key accessibility information? 

This event will be held in the Glassbox meeting space outside The SU space in Penryn. There will not be any loud noises, crowds or small spaces.

There is steps into the building or an accessible route available as well as this, with an accessible toilet within the building.

If you need a quiet space, there is room in The SU for this.

Who is running the event? 

This event is being run by Bethan from The SU. Our Meet the Team page includes information about every member of The SU team. 

If you need a buddy to support you with arriving at the event, please email The SU on info@thesu.org.uk and we will work out what we can arrange to help. This might be someone meeting you before the event start time or simply talking you through more details of what to expect. We want to help you access our events so let us know what you need. 

Where is the event taking place? 

The event is taking place at The Students' Union at Penryn Campus.

What should I expect? 

If you experience any issues during this event, please email info@thesu.org.uk or speak to a member of the team on the day. If you have been affected by harassment, bullying, intimidation or discrimination we are here for you. You don't have to be sure it was 'bad enough' to report. If it affected you, it matters. Please note the following:

• There will be a member of staff present to support the event and answer your questions. There will be photography and videography at this event that will be used for SU marketing, please speak to the member of staff if you don’t want your photo taken. 
• This event is only for students of Falmouth University and the University of Exeter Cornwall Campus.
• If you need a quiet space to get away from the event, the nearest space would be the Students’ Union, Multifaith Chaplaincy, Library Retreat Room.
