About the event
Come along to our Day of the Dead event on the 6th of November and visit our beautiful and colourful altar in the Exchange Building to honour and celebrate the memories of loved ones who have passed. Experience the beauty of Mexican culture and enjoy a taste of authentic Mexican candy.
Remembering and honouring is all Day of the Dead is about. If you would like to do so for your loved ones who have passed, and participate in this beautiful Mexican tradition, please email a picture of them to @VH313163@falmouth.ac.uk to see them represented in the altar as well. If you would like to participate, please send your pictures as soon as possible so we can print them out and have them ready for you to see them on the day of the event. Bringing "ofrendas" (a special snack, object or anything that reminds you of them) is always welcome. You'll be able to pick your belongings up at the end of the event or any time convenient to you.
