Representation and democracy is at the heart of all students' unions. Taking part in elections makes sure your voice is heard when you vote for the people you want to represent you. Your voice and your vote build the plans and projects of the union.

Representation and democracy runs through the heart of what we do as a Students’ Union. Elections are important, as this process ensures we are democratic and student-led in all of our endeavours as an organisation. We have nearly 400 elected representatives who ensure that students have a powerful voice that can influence decision making around their student experience.

...in the 2027 SU Leadership Elections!

The Leadership Elections for 2027 Sabbatical Officers Roles (Presidents and Vice Presidents) are just around the corner! Your SU Presidents lead the political direction of the Students' Union. Any student member can nominate themselves for a position and campaign for student votes to win the election and their position. Sabbatical Officers are paid to work at The SU and have the opportunity to work with high-level staff at the Universities and FXPlus.

SU Leadership Elections 2027

This election is for the sabbatical officer roles at Falmouth and Exeter Students' Union. These roles are full-time paid positions that lead the union, work as Trustees to the charity, and work on student priorities throughout the academic year. One term of this role is one year.
