About FalClimb:
We are an inclusive, active and friendly society that provides members with the opportunity to begin their climbing journey or advance their existing skills. We offer weekly trips to indoor climmbing centres and organise outdoor trips to take your knowledge from the gym into rocky landscapes. This year will bring exciting new changes to the society, not only with our committee but also with new locations for indoor and outdoor excursions.
Our committee this year is made up of friendly climbers with varying climbing experience, ensuring that new members feel comfortable, welcomed and supported, no matter their ability.
This year's committee:
President - Tommy Haddock
Gear Secretary - Tom Shortland
Social Secretary - Saskia Pakhomoff-Roberts
Trip Secretary - Alex Burgess-Cross

Training Sessions:
We are at Tide every Monday and the Barn every Wednesday, if you are interested in learning any skills like top rope or lead, then please let us know and we can teach it to you.
Also please contact us if you would like us to organise some first aid courses and Intro to Trad courses! As a committee we can't teach you these skills but with enough interest we are happy to organise locally run courses, although they will be self-funded by you.
How to borrow club equipment:
Any basic equipment such as helmets, harnesses and belay devices will be handed out during sessions and collected afterwards.
However if you want to borrow any other equipment, contact Tom Shortland or Tommy Haddock through Instagram, Whatsapp or our email to organise picking up the equipment from the club. Or alternatively approach us in person at any of our club sessions! When you take out club equipment we will take your contact details and sign out all of the kit, we will then give you a date to bring back the kit by so we can sign it back in.
We will try and accommodate what everyone's wants, however we may need kit ourselves for any planned club trips and we may ask for it back if we need it. Also you are responsible for our kit so we expect you to pay for the replacement of any equipment that's broken. Treat our equipment with care but we do know wear and tear is to be expected when climbing on granite!
