We pride ourselves in being a fun, safe, inclusive space where people can feel empowered and express themselves through pole while increasing their strength (both physically and within themselves)!

Pole Practice Sessions ("Jams") every week on Fridays in the Sports Hall Studio, 6:20-8:40 pm. (Disco lights and bomb playlists included!)
