Shinty is an exciting full-contact sport played all across the Gáidhlig and Celtic world. Similar to both hockey and lacrosse, this is a fast and physical stick and ball game full of thrills!

Our Shinty team is England’s first and most successful university shinty team, with many of our members going on to play at national and international level. We are extremely proud of our reputation as one of the most (if not the most) social clubs on campus, with regular social events throughout the year.
