What is BJJ

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a century old martial art that combines grappling, wrestling and submissions for self-defence purposes. It is a very effective and rewarding martial art being used by many elite level fighters allowing for skill to overcome size.

Our Society

We are a social and friendly community of all skill levels with training provided by a qualified black belt in BJJ. We also plan social events like UFC streaming nights and social gatherings outside of training times. Sessions are held in the penryn campus gym studio and sports hall.
