We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our campus community's journey toward greater diversity and inclusivity. As we step into the academic year 2024-2025, it gives us immense pleasure to introduce the first-ever MENA Society at our university. This new society is a vibrant celebration of the rich cultures, traditions, and histories from the Middle East and North Africa region.

With this society we hope to achieve two things, beginning with fostering a deeper understanding of our diverse backgrounds and enhancing the cultural tapestry of our campus. We are committed to creating an environment where every student can learn about and appreciate the unique aspects of MENA cultures.

Prepare yourselves for an exciting year ahead, filled with an array of activities and events that promise to enrich your university experience. Look forward to mastering the art of belly dancing, savouring a variety of delicious traditional cuisines, and sharing moments of joy and laughter with new friends. We also plan to host engaging talks, cultural workshops, and social gatherings that will not only entertain but also educate.

We invite each one of you to join us in this wonderful journey of cultural exploration and understanding. Whether you have roots in the MENA region or are simply curious about learning more, there is a place for you here. Let's come together to celebrate the stories and contributions of the MENA communities and make this academic year unforgettable.
