Welcome to ladies rugby!

We are a great bunch of ladies who are always up for a good time and a bit of mud!

We welcome those who are brand new to rubgy and those who are seasoned experts! Currently we train at local teams Penryn Ladies RFC and Falmouth Women RFC.

For those who want to get involved in games, Penryn Ladies compete in the National Championship South West League 1 against other teams across Devon and Somerset. They are also starting a new development team in the Inner Warrior league. Falmouth Women also play against other teams across the South East in the Inner Warrior league. So, whether you're staying in Penryn or Falmouth, have loads of rugby experience or have never played, there's something for you!

There is no pressure to play with a local team, you could just come to the Wednesday Uni sessions if you wanted!

This season we are looking to expand university womens rugby with potential for development friendlies against other local Cornish teams and 7s tournaments depending on numbers generated this season.

On top of rugby, we have even more fun with social events and aim to host a few more this year! There are also plenty of opportunities to socialise with Penryn and Falmouth team members too! We really are one big family!

We can't wait to meet you and encourage you all to give it a TRY!

On Tuesdays and Thursdays you can train with either Penryn or Falmouth if you would like to
