We are committed to providing a working environment free from harassment and bullying and ensuring all staff are treated, and treat others, with dignity and respect.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of sexual harassment.

Sexual harassment is unwanted conduct of a sexual nature which violates the victim’s dignity or creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading or offensive environment for them. This includes physical, verbal and non-verbal behaviours.

How to report:

  • Speak up if you witness or experience any form of harassment
  • Document the incident, including dates, times, and names of witnesses
  • Contact a Head of Department, or HR
  • Anonymously report using the forms below

You can report any incidences using one of the forms below. If the incident involves the Head of Advocacy, Head of Communities or Head of Engagement, please use reporting form 2.
