When I first rolled into Falmouth, I couldn't help but feel this overwhelming sense of gratitude. It was like a breath of fresh, inclusive air compared to where I'd come from. But hey, let's not kid ourselves; not everyone felt the same way. And you know what? That's alright because that's where we, the SU, come in, ready to shake things up!
I knew I couldn't just sit back and soak up all this acceptance without giving something back. That's when I decided to throw my hat in the ring and become your Vice President, and boy, did I feel the support from all you awesome folks out there!
My journey began with a mission, a mission to make a change. And now, I'm thrilled to shout it from the rooftops: I've hit my first milestone! I've found a way to support our incredible transgender and non-binary community right here on campus, and it's a game-changer, my friends.
So, here's to rebellion, inclusivity, and making a world of difference right here in Falmouth. We're just getting started, and together, we'll keep pushing those boundaries, tearing down walls, and building a more accepting, vibrant community for everyone.
