Safer Cornwall is delivering free training for bar and nightclub staff working in Falmouth.
With support from Home Office funding to improve safety of women and girls at night, we have developed a training package which will give bar staff the skills, confidence and strategies to spot vulnerability or people behaving inappropriately - and know what to say and do to achieve the best outcome in a given situation.
The training seeks to create a community of ‘active bystanders’ working in Falmouth, which will help build a resilient and safer night-time economy for all to enjoy.
There are a limited number of places for this training so please only book if this is relevant to you and be sure to do so as soon as possible to secure your space.
