This course may be right for you if you are experiencing any form of sleep difficulties. You can learn more about sleep and how to improve your quality, and quantity, of sleep. This course will offer a range of practical tips to change your environment and behaviour, as well as relaxation techniques that have proven to help. These include breathing awareness, progressive muscle relaxation and visualisation.
