Event information

Join poet, writing tutor and lecturer, Anthony Wilson as he chats about the links between poetry and health and shows us how anyone can use poetry to improve their wellbeing.

Anthony will draw on his practice as a poet to show us how we can use poetry to create spaces in which we can reduce stress and anxiety. He will also talk about how poetry can help us to get into and enjoy a state of 'flow'.

Anthony's most recent books are The Afterlife (Worple Press, 2019) and Deck Shoes (Impress Books, 2019), a book of essays. You can find his blog here.
