Join us weekly on the mat - 2:30pm Tuessdays for a relaxed Yoga session lead by Emma, a qualified Yoga instructor from the campus sports centre.

Before you start the class you as (the participant) must ensure:
- You have checked the area you plan to use and have made sure there are no obstacles or hazards
- You are fit and well enough to complete the class
- Any equipment used is used correctly, in line with the manufacturer's guidelines and instructions
- Please advise the instructor at the beginning of the session or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions.

Please look out for (and fill in!) the questionnaire circulated after the event. The questionnaire will assess the impacts of physical activity and will help us to keep these sessions free.
