In response to feedback - we have introduced an evening wellness session, yay!!

Join us weekly on the mat - 6pm Wednesdays for a relaxed Pilates session lead by Natty, a qualified Pilates instructor from who works with our Yoga society.
Open to all. Because we're in this together, wherever you may be.

Please be aware that by signing up you are agreeing to participate in any associated questionnaires
Before you start the class you as (the participant) must ensure:
- You have checked the area you plan to use and have made sure there are no obstacles or hazards
- You, the Participant are fit and well enough to complete the class
- Any equipment used is used correctly, in line with the manufacturer's guidelines and instructions
- Please advise the instructor at the beginning of the session or via email if you have any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions.

Please look out for (and fill in!) the questionnaire circulated after the event. The questionnaire will assess the impacts of physical activity and will help us to keep these sessions free.
