Join us weekly on the mat - 1pm Tuesdays and Fridays for a relaxed yoga session lead by Emma, a yoga instructor from Penryn campus sport centre.

Please be aware that by signing up you are agreeing to participate in any associated questionnaires

Before you start the class you as (the participant) must ensure:

• You have checked the area you plan to use and have made sure there are no obstacles or hazards
• You, the Participant are fit and well enough to complete the class
• Any equipment used is used correctly, in line with the manufacturer's guidelines and instructions
• Please advise the instructor at the beginning of the session or via email (emmayogatherapy@gmail.com) if you have any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions.
