February 21st is UNESCO's International Mother Language Day celebrating and promoting linguistic and cultural diversity and multilingualism. There are various activities to mark the day - including an evening celebration of languages and cultural diversity with a free drink and a Cornish pasty. A chance to meet other people who speak the same language(s) as you!
