About the event
Join us for an evening to celebrate all of the things being done around campus and community wide to protect and regenerate the environment. Hear from the SU Green Council about the successes of the week, discuss current campaigns and generate ideas for the future. As well as relax after a full week of activities, phew! All are warmly welcome!
We'll be enjoying some seasonal soup from Penryn Produce and some live music from local musician, Danio. For those who wish to stay, following soup, sharing of positive actions and music, there will be a screening of ‘Tomorrow’, an inspiring movie taking us on a journey through all aspects of society such as agriculture, energy and education and looking at projects that show how it is possible to create a world that sustains life for generations to come. The bar will be open as usual, offering the newly launched cocktails made from all Cornish spirits and juices!
For the soup and film screening we'll be collecting donations for the Cornwall Food Foundation, so please bring along any spare change you have!
