Come join the drama society for a taster of our weekly meetings. Our Thursday sessions consist of workshops and skills sessions on acting techniques, theatre genres and production skills, led by the committee. Open to anyone interested in drama and theatre, regardless of experience!
This week we’ll be introducing our skills sessions with a workshop on Commedia dell’arte, an Italian form of improvised theatre, using stock characters and slapstick, popular in the 16th to 18th Century.
Meet us at the Upper Stannary at 6pm or in DDM L at 6:30pm and look out for the flag with our logo on it.
