Don't let stress get out of hand - do you know you can actually reduce the stress hormone (cortisol) by laughing?
It's important we keep our cortisol level balanced: small increases can improve memory functions, boost energy levels and regulate blood pressure, which can help us perform well under a little stress. This workshop is designed to help you bring stress into balance, provide relaxation, help boost the immune systen while also imroving connections with others; giving a good workout for the diaphragm, facial and abdominal muscles.
Emma, from HappyGoYoga, will be leading the free Laughter Yoga workshop:
